(1) A University Grants Commission shall be established for the proper distribution of grant money received from various sectors for the operation and development of universities in Nepal and also to provide quality education by determining the educational level in the university.

< p>(2) The Commission shall be called “University Grants Commission” in the English language.

(3) The office of the Commission shall be in Kathmandu Valley.
